Factors Influencing Success

The primary mission of WFF is to advance women leaders and advocate for gender balanced leadership teams. For 25 years, we have been helping women and men alike to develop competence to build their careers. Women are still significantly underrepresented in C-suites and on executive teams. WFF joined forces with Kenexa, an IBM company, to design an ongoing research study with participation from across the foodservice sector. Rich Products provided a significant grant to fund the research.
This groundbreaking research identifies the personality traits, competencies and ambitions that most often lead to the executive ranks in the foodservice sector. It also reveals the career paths and experiences that correlate most highly with executive advancement, helping organizations and aspiring leaders alike to prioritize their goals and efforts for career development.
