Fred Paglia is American Hotel’s Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer, North America. In this role, Fred has full P & L responsibility for American Hotel Register Company, a global market leader in the hospitality industry. Fred is a passionate leader known for building high performance cross-functional teams.
Prior to joining American Hotel, Fred served as President of Kerry North American Brands, a world leader in the food and drink industry, with operations in 100 locations across four continents.
Fred’s career also spans many years with Kraft Foodservice North America, where he held a variety of leadership positions: Vice President, Sales & Marketing; President of the Kraft Foods Ingredients business unit; and finally, President of the U.S. Growth Channels business unit, where he had full P & L responsibility for all aspects of this $1.8 billion business. Earlier in his career, Fred spent time with Nabisco Foods Group, heading up the sales effort there as Vice President, Sales, until the company was acquired by Philip Morris and merged with Kraft.
Fred holds a B.S. in Business Management and an MBA from Bentley University. He is a member of the board of directors of the International Foodservice Manufacturer’s Association (IFMA) and the Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF).
