Dine Brands Global Inc., the parent company of IHOP and Applebee’s neighborhood Grill & Bar, has named Allison Hall, who has served as interim CFO since January following the December resignation of Thomas Song, as senior vice president and chief accounting officer, effective June 14, 2021. Hall has worked at Dine Brands for 13 years, having joined the company as assistant controller in 2007.

Christine Son has been named as the Senior Vice President, Legal, General Counsel and Secretary. She leads the Legal department as well as Risk Management, Franchise Administration, Internal Audit and Corporate Affairs.
Christine joined Dine in 2011 and most recently served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel. A business-oriented legal leader, Christine has a long and successful track record at Dine. Since joining Dine, she quickly rose through the ranks within the legal team, serving as the Compliance Officer, Privacy Officer and head of Government Relations. She has also served on the executive team for both the IHOP and Applebee’s brands. Christine has leveraged her significant litigation experience to lead Dine through various business challenges related to our core business.
